Dr. Abram Walton Specializes in corporate innovation and innovation strategies, as well as leadership, technology commercialization, new product development, lean process improvement, and product lifecycle management. He has managed companies of over $100mm in revenue and his work with Fortune 100 firms have resulted in millions in external investment and over $500mm in new revenues. He is the founding Director of the Center for Lifecycle and Innovation Management at Florida Tech. Dr. Walton is also on the Executive Board of Directors for the International Association of Innovation Professionals, he is the Managing Editor for the International Journal of Innovation Science, he is the founding Chairman of the Innovation Council and is on the Executive Board of Directors for the Space Coast Economic Development Commission.
Dr. Darrel Sandall Has 15 years as an executive in the defense contracting space where he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Xtreme Alternative Defense Systems, LTD and Chief Skills Officer of SkillsNET Corporation, one of the Top 500 fastest growing companies in the United States in 2006 as recognized by Inc Magazine. He specializes in operations, research and development, commercial and government contracting and intellectual property development and management. His work has resulted in contracts in totaling in excess of $10M annually. Darrel is an Assistant Professor of Management at Florida Institute of Technology and is the current President of the Faculty Senate.
Dr. Keiron Hylton Has offered strategic planning and organizational development consulting services for a variety of clients ranging from startups to $150 million in revenues.He is also a former Managing Director at Berkery Noyes, an advisory firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions in the information industry.He marketed, sold and delivered investment banking services and closed $350 million in deals for large and middle-market educational publishing companies in the US and Europe. He is the Managing Director of the Center for Advanced Manufacturing and Innovative Design and Assistant Professor of Management at Florida Tech. He earned his JD from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an AB in Social Anthropology from Harvard University.
